Q. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

A. No. 

Q.  What forms of payment does Beggars Canyon Toys accept?

A. We accept all forms of major credits cards and PayPal. Credit Cards are processed by Stripe for card transactions. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. 

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Most orders take on average 7-10 business days to process. All orders are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Due to the volume of orders, we ship once a week. All order communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address be accurate and current. We may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please keep your order information handy! Please be aware that weather, holidays, and variables can cause delays in the processing of an order. We will do our best to contact if such a delay is incurred.


Q. Why haven't I received an email regarding my order?
A. There are usually two reasons: you may have an outdated email address on file, or you may have a spam blocker filtering email from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you. 

Q. Can I return my order?

A. Items must be defective and returned within 7 business days.

Q. Can I return custom or recarded work?

A. No refunds on custom, restored, or recarded work.

Q. Can I back-order an item that is sold out?
A. If there is an item that is out of stock, please contact us and we will make arrangements.

Q. Can I order by telephone?
A. No, we do not offer ordering via phone. If you have a specific request, Please email us at

Q. How do the holidays affect my order?
A. Holidays recognized by the United States Post Office or other relevant postal services will be affect your order. Additionally, BCT does take off New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We shut off any promises of delivery for Christmas present by December 10th.

Q. Does BCT offer gift rushes, gift cards, gift boxes or gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any of these options.

 

Q. Is your site secure?
A. Yes. 

Q. How do I know if my order went through?
A. You will receive an invoice via email. Make sure you only click the "Submit" button once to avoid duplicate orders or charges. 

Q. Do you sell on eBay?

A. We haven't had active listings on eBay for many years due to exorbitant commission practices. 

Shipping

Q. Where does BCT ship?

A. BCT ships to all 50 states and internationally to Australia, Britain, Canada, Germany and New Zealand.

Q. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A. Yes.

Q. How is my order shipped?

A. We ship orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) and use Priority Shipping Rates.

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Most orders take on average 7-11 business days to process. All orders are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Due to the volume of orders, we ship once a week. All order communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address be accurate and current. We may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please keep your order information handy! Please be aware that weather, holidays, and variables can cause delays in the processing of an order. We will do our best to contact if such a delay is incurred.

Q. I haven't received my item. Who should I contact?
A. All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you still have concerns, Jennifer, our customer service agent, will respond. Email her at

Q. How will you notify me if a problem should arise with my order?
A. While we do not anticipate a problem, should they arise then we will send you an email, so it's important that your email address is accurate and current.

International Customers

Q. Do you ship orders overseas?
A. Yes, we ship to Australia, Britain, Canada, Germany, and New Zealand. All order communication will occur via email, so it’s very important that your email address is current. Please make sure to double-check the shipping address, too. 

Q. What are my International shipping options?
A. All orders are shipped First Class International via USPS (United States Postal Service). 


Q. How much will I pay for International shipping?
A. Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. 

Q. How long will it take my International package to arrive?
A. After the 7-10 processing order and your order is dropped off at a USPS depot, your package is estimated to be delivered First Class International within a week after sorting and routing.

Q. Can you card my Star Wars or G. I. Joe figures?

A. Yes, we can!

Q. Do you sell card backs without the bubble?

Q. Do you sell bubbles without the cardback? 

A. Yes, we do. You can access them under Shop Now / Bubbles.

Q. Do you have a  mailing list where I can be notified about new services and products?

A. Yes. The form is in the footer at the bottom of every web page. 

Q. Do you mark your cardbacks as reproductions? Can this be removed?

A. Yes, we do. They are reproductions. We respect collectors and do not misrepresent our product. No, this mark cannot be removed.
